The Business Incubator of the Ostfalen Technology Park (IGZ Magdeburg) is located right in the heart of the technology park.
The Business Incubator offers start-ups, scientific institutions and companies the opportunity to lead product ideas to market maturity.
The Zweckverband Technologiepark Ostfalen built the first building of the IGZ in the Technology Park from 1992 to 1994. The building is leased to the and is operated by the IGZ GmbH. From 1994 to 1996 the IGZ GmbH built the second building in the Technology Park. Building No. 3 in the city of Magdeburg is another location.
